Fernando Martinez – Digital Learning Coach, Nina Otero Community School
I am an educator with 13 years of experience in public education—8 of those years spent in the classroom as a teacher and the last 5 years serving as a Digital Learning Coach. Currently, I support staff and students at Nina Otero Community School. I work to integrate meaningful technology into instruction, provide professional development, and empower teachers with tools that enhance learning and engagement.
Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping educators feel confident and inspired when using digital tools. I believe technology should not only support academic goals but also create more equitable and personalized learning experiences for all students.
